Elon Musk 還沒將 Twitter 正式收入囊中，但股東們針對他的官司現在又多了一樁。據路透社報導，現在又有投資人站出來指控 Musk 在給出 440 億美元的報價前存在操縱股價的行為。在此之前，曾有股東以 Musk 逾期 11 日才把投資告知 SEC 的行為損害到了其他投資者利益為由，對這位 Telsa 老大發起了集體訴訟。按照提告股東的說法，短短幾日的故意拖延可能為 Musk 帶來了高達 1.56 億美元的收益。

除此之外，Musk 在提出收購後的表現也被指是基於操縱意圖。投資者認為問題最大的，就是 Musk 因機器人帳戶數量疑問而進行的「交易擱置」表態，在股東看來這也極大地影響了市場。他們希望目前這樁案子能以集體訴訟的形式推進下去，至於索賠金額暫時還沒有確定，而 Twitter 和 Musk 方面直到現在都還沒有做出任何評論。
